What is Intimacy Coaching?
Sex & intimacy coaching is a relational, experiential space where we explore what lights you up — emotionally, physically, and erotically.
Whatever you want to work on — communication, pleasure, confidence, needs, emotional openness — we practice it in real time.
This is not about talking about connection. It’s coaching through the experience of connecting. It’s learning through the experience of connecting.

My style is warm, honest, and practical. We go at your pace, and consent is explicit and ongoing. Most sessions are conversation & body-based awareness practices. Touch is never required, and if it’s ever included, it’s structured, negotiated, and fully clothed unless explicitly agreed otherwise (and within your stated boundaries).


My journey to this work began when I learned the hard way that my needs matter.
For years, I lived under the weight of swallowed emotions and ignored needs. I was raised to believe that self-love was selfish and that my desires were something to be controlled. It took my health collapsing and my marriage unraveling for me to finally hear the truth: I had never been taught how to listen to myself.
The foundation of my healing—and now my work—was learning to build an honest, intimate relationship with myself. By deconstructing years of conditioning, I learned how to:

We practice communication, emotional connection, boundaries, or erotic expression — depending on what you’re working toward.
This is experiential, not just conversational.
We practice intimacy, rather than analyze it from a distance.

Noticing you smile while saying “I’m fine,” while your chest is tight.

Practicing the sentence, “I need ...,” and feeling what happens in your body when you say it.

Speaking a boundary or request you’ll use this week—then tracking what comes up (fear, guilt, relief, desire).
