FAQ
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy is conducted by licensed mental health professionals to treat conditions like clinical depression, whereas coaching addresses non-clinical issues such as personal growth and development. While therapy primarily focuses on the past, coaching is generally more present- and future-oriented. You can think of it this way: therapy is to life coaching what a physician is to a personal trainer.
What is the Wayfinder Method
Wayfinder coaching is a transformational coaching approach that helps clients navigate life transitions, uncover their true purpose, and align with their inner wisdom. Instead of setting rigid goals or following societal expectations, Wayfinder coaching empowers clients to trust their inner compass, embrace change, and take inspired action toward a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.
Rooted in Martha Beck’s Change Cycle model, this method supports personal growth by helping clients recognize limiting beliefs, release old patterns, and move toward their unique destiny. Wayfinder coaching is deeply intuitive, encouraging people to listen to their inner knowing, rather than forcing themselves into externally driven paths.

It’s ideal for those who feel stuck, uncertain, or unfulfilled and want clarity, confidence, and direction in their careers, relationships, or personal lives—without the pressure of conventional goal-setting.
What is the Somatica Method
Somatica coaching is an experiential, embodied approach to sex and relationship coaching that helps clients deepen emotional and erotic intimacy. Unlike traditional talk therapy, it combines verbal coaching with real-time, interactive exercises to shift relational and sexual patterns.

This method is based on the belief that pleasure is a powerful tool for transformation and that emotional and erotic intimacy can be learned. By fostering mutual vulnerability between coach and client, Somatica coaching creates a safe, non-judgmental space where people can explore desire, communication, boundaries, and self-expression.

The goal is to help clients break free from old patterns, embrace their authentic selves, claim their personal power, and build fulfilling relationships—whether that’s with a partner or with themselves.
How many sessions will I need?
At the beginning of our journey together, we'll discuss your needs and desired outcomes then decide what feels realistic to get there. I offer packages of sessions as an option for ongoing partnerships.
