Focuses on sex, intimacy, and relationships. Together, we co-create a “relationship lab” where you can explore authentic connection in real time. This isn’t just talking about intimacy — it’s about experiencing it with a safe, non-judgmental, caring presence (me!). Through this embodied practice, you can heal old patterns and expand your capacity for pleasure, connection, and freedom.

We'll talk about the process, timeline, expectations and agreements for our coaching relationship, then schedule our first session.
